For Ascend, with the parent brand being Harvard Business Review, the quality of the product had to be top notch. We analyzed a number of proposals, and we ultimately went with Innvectra info Solutions. It was a great decision.
The application is facilitated to Property Owners, Managers, Tenants and Administrators; Property Owners and Managers manage their property bookings and payments, Tenants has mobile and web interfaces to book the property and make payments.
Requirement was to build a platform that allows Property Owners to add one or more properties with various property types, facilities available in each property and offer them for Rent/Lease. Tenants can search as per their requirement and book the specific property for self or nominees. Owners and Tenants can exchange information through instant messenger, plan for visits and finalize the deal.
The application provides an interface for property owners to subscribe for services from EFAA whereas the rental amount can be paid by the tenants as per the plan is chosen and the tenure of stay. Easy navigation was provided in both the Website and Mobile App for all customers and made it available for short term travelers and local residents. The entire platform is built to support multiple languages dynamically configurable by Admin users.
