With the motto to provide the best service to its 1.5 million customers across the globe, the Tobi team identified the need to enhance and improve its online capabilities. They have been providing an online shopping experience to their customers for some years now, but dramatic changes in the adoption of technology in recent times have made it imperative for them to revisit their proprietary e-commerce platform.
Tobi wanted to increase their uptime and reduce any possible downtime during peak business hours. They also wanted to give a facelift to the user/customer experience and add certain features and functionalities to the portal.

Innvectra took stock of the existing portal and had a series of discussions with Toby’s IT team, but more with their business teams to understand the pain points, and areas of improvements and enhancements they believed would drive their business to new heights. However, they did not envision this to be a one-time project, but wanted a dedicated and skilled team to maintain, monitor, and enhance their e-commerce portal constantly. Our mandate continues to maintain and improve the portal to help them solve their current problems and scale their business.
